Character bio:

Mocha was essentially always glued to his TV as a kid, usually playing his Genesis, and frequented the arcades anytime he went to the mall with his parents, even if he never had any money to play anything. Once his teenage years arrived, he moved onto the Saturn and eventually the Dreamcast, only to be heartbroken when Sega stopped making consoles, wishing they had always won the console wars, which he made a big deal out of as a kid, but went towards Nintendo consoles afterwards and having an eternal hatred for Sony afterwards. Yes, he's that petty. Around the same time in 2002, he got a broadband connection for the first time after being stuck with dial-up for the past few years, allowing him to properly explore the internet which he quickly grew engrossed with, embracing the culture and finally having people with similar interests to talk to. One of which was someone overseas named Flynn, a tech nerd who was in New Zealand, but quickly became good friends with Mocha, even though they were thousands of miles apart, frequently talking with each other, eventually being able to meet up once Flynn moved overseas for a job, conveniently to Seattle, near where Mocha grew up. Outside of Flynn, he also became friends with Samantha when they first encountered each other in a game store, meeting Dusty not too long after as well, the three of them quickly forming a friend group and frequently hanging out, usually to play games together, video or tabletop, with Mocha being a huge fan of Dungeons and Dragons, with the friend group growing once Flynn moved towards them. In terms of a career, Mocha was always good at crunching numbers, frequently doing well in math, leading him to go to college to become an accountant, while doing computer support and helpdesk stuff currently to help pay the bills.

Character trivia:

• Mocha was one of the last characters created in 2020, originally being intended as a side character along with Flynn, who would almost always be seen together, which is still something that applies today.
• Almost always references memes (usually "Over 9000") in real life, giving the added effect of driving Flynn crazy when he says the same phrases over and over again.
• Refuses to wear sweaters or fuzzy clothes, the texture of it driving him crazy.
